I have slayed the university demon and won the fair maiden (which in this case is 'celebratory Chinese food') so I'm back! And will be gleefully, gratefully continuing commissions again . And since I'm still in the habit of panicking and spending ten hours a day attached to a tablet pen you can expect a pretty fast turnaround!

It feels so good to be free again! I can actually draw personal art and post it on the internet again! It's like a dream come true.

After four days of being without a computer I finally return, and am now behind on my university coursework. My best laid plans have gone to waste, eh? Because of this I'm going to have to put all commissions on pause until November 23rd, when everything gets handed in, but rest assured that these will all likely be finished immediately afterwards . I'll be unable to stop drawing by that point, most likely.

Here's to a week-and-a-half of non-stop no-holds-barred animating madness!

I googled Robert Downy Jr wearing his adorable little raised shoes a few days ago, just because I wanted to show a friend of mine just how short he is.

Ever since then dA's ads have been trying to sell men's raised shoes to me, and I'm starting to get tired of Google Ad's disingenuous assertions. Also they're sort of threatening. Their slogan is 'Life is short, you don't have to be."

Some observant people out there might have noticed that my updates have slowed down as of late. And by 'observant people' I mean the friends I make up in my head to fulfill my delusions of grandeur.

This is because I am doing a sketch-a-day marathon over on tumblr and am uploading the daily doodles there. They're not particularly earth-shattering, or fandom-related (apart from the occasional blip here and there I'm not really into a fandom right now) but if anybody has missed me I am over there, pining for your affections. At the end of the thirty days- I am on day fourteen now- I will upload a big dump of all of them!

Anyway, I was animating a man thrusting into a camera, and he calls to me on my taskbar. Toodles~

Figuring that a lot of my OC artwork is totally without context, and figuring that an astonishing amount of my time is spent writing (rather than drawing, working or sleeping) I have decided to make a writing blog filled with roleplays between myself and . Hopefully it's all laid out easily and looks nice and all that other cool stuff that cool blogs have. There's a very large amount of backlog I need to fix and post up, so it'll be updated fairly quickly so long as I don't have too much schoolwork to avoid.

Because I do end up abandoning sketches when I realise they're not going anywhere and then nobody ever sees them. But times change! Well I'm back on Neopets 8I so there goes my entire Easter break.

I had totally forgotten how addictive this site was, especially when you are like me and can sit through university lectures playing the stock market on your phone and feeling like a true businessman. If anyone else plays the game feel free to add me as a friend on there I love neomail. I'm pentamerone on there too xD I have no brain when it comes to thinking up unique and memorable usernames.

Hey! Thought I should update my journal since the last entry is sort of depressing and also old.

Basically, I have a bunch of art to do for other people and they are being done slowly but surely. So if I owe you something, no worries! You'll get it . I've been art-binging and I have to animate an octopus playing ping-pong for school, which might be eating up a lot of time later on xD.

I bought my little princess last week, too. She's a lizard and her name is Sarabi, and I love her very dearly.

School's started up again, so I won't be able to update with my usual stunning rapidity. Also I'm now 20, which means I need to pull up my trousers and fly right if I ever want to make something useful out of myself. Naturally I'm terrified since now goofing off is less of a given and more of some awful weakness of character.

Also my biological clock is ticking. Even now the vestiges of my youth are draining away, leaving nothing but an unattractive husk that is now just a sad reminder of the stunning beauty I once was.

I moved house and had no internet but now I'm back! In a new house with lots of space to do art, but I also bought Fallout 3 the other day and she needs me more than my career prospects do.

But mainly I'm back and can start updating again 8D.

I thought I'd share a couple of things I've found that are really, really useful. Also naked, but that's what learning to draw the figure is all about, right? A lot of people might already know about them, but I still think it is my duty to share.

They're both timed gesture drawing tools, and thirty minutes on them per day is pretty much the secret to life and all that encompasses it. Thirty minutes on EACH and I may as well start praying to you for guidance.

I'm doing a mass purging today, so a lot of older pictures I don't like are being thrown out. Don't cry for them, they're already dead.

I am leaving gift art and stuff up, so no worries there, and if I've accidentally removed anything I did for you in the past just message me and I'll have it magically reappear . I'll probably do similar things to my journal. Starting relatively afresh, you know? I have a whole summer to fill it up again. Possibly with OC art. I know you are all THRILLED.
